Meet the Yancy's
Husband + Wife Team, Payton and Kirstyn Yancy have been creating sauces and bringing them to friends and family for over 15 years. When Payton decided he had had enough of working in the corporate world, Kirstyn realized this was a sign from the universe telling them it was time to start mainstreaming their delicious and unique sauces.
Both Payton and Kirstyn are Texas Natives and found themselves in love with North Carolina after moving here in 2015. Kirstyn had lived in NC from 2004-2010 and the state never left her heart, so when she and Payton wed, in her words, she "kidnapped him up to North Carolina."
The Yancy's first introduction is their Fancy Pants BBQ and Fancy Pants Mustard Sauces. The BBQ is a Texas-style BBQ and warning, is very addictive. Their Mustard has a slight horseradish twang perfect for grilling, sandwiches, and wraps; not for the faint of heart. If you're a South Carolina style BBQ lover, you'll want to mix a 3-1 or 4-1 BBQ-Mustard ratio to get the perfect South Carolina BBQ Sauce.
